TrustRadius published a list of “The 27 Most Annoying Business Buzzwords of 2019”.
The author took a deep dive, reached out and touched base with industry disruptors using best practices to determine the synergies of buzzwords across industries. At the end of the day, she was able to use big data to determine the bottom line so businesses can think outside the box, leverage the findings to move the needle, and finally know what they don’t know about how these words are (over)used. Research is definitely in the wheelhouse of the author and moving forward she hopes that companies will circle back and take this discussion offline with the goal of company language alignment. By addressing the low-hanging fruit of buzzwords, businesses should be able to take their customer journeys to the next level through enhanced employee bandwidth supported by the digital transformation of using an agile process to capture all buzzword use in the cloud. After reading the article, businesses should be able to change what BAU means to the language they use in their companies, right?
